SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY We deliver to the United Kingdom and the European Union. Orders are made in Manisa and dispatched from Istanbul, Türkiye, within 1–2 business days of purchase, with full tracking from dispatch.

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your parcel enters the carrier's network.

SHIPPING COST Free tracked UK delivery is included on all gift sets. EU delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location.

IMPORT CHARGES UK orders ship as a gift from Türkiye with tracking. Import charges are very rarely applied, but in the unlikely event you are asked to pay one, please contact us and we will make it right.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY 41 Spice remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or to a person nominated by you. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate — we cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please email hello@41spice.com with your order number and we will help.
