Refund policy

1. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ────────────────────────────────────────

At 41 Spice, we want you to be happy with your order. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS You may request to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify, products must be unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed food products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please email hello@41spice.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send you return instructions. Do not send anything back before contacting us. Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns, and we recommend a tracked service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@41spice.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging. Where appropriate we will provide a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return costs. Asking you to contact us promptly does not limit your statutory rights.

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, the normal return procedure applies.

REFUNDS Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or acceptable evidence they have been sent back). Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to display the refund.
